KITRONIK – continuous loss-in-weight dosing feeder

Gravimetric dosing feeders designed for continuous precise dosing of micro components (dyes, improvers, aromas etc.) in bulk form. Gravimetric feeders operate strictly on the basis of the loss of a specific amount of weight (product) in a specific amount of time.
Our machine is able to work in static and dynamic mode. Precise dosing is secured by weighing system – loss in weight. Dosing tool is designed with maximum stress for hygienic and safety standards. Dosing in time operation offers a very precise and highly dependable method for continuous metering by weight, assuming that the weigh feeder encompasses a proven, weighing system, a reliable control system that incorporates all of the latest technologies and algorithms for optimization of performance.
KITRONIK machine is able to work in line without brakes for filling up the hopper for micro-component and still guarantees very precise dosing.
This equipment is able to work in static and dynamie mode. Precise dosing is secured by weighing system – loss in weight. Dosing tool is designed with maximum stress for hygienic and safety standards. As an option we put ultrasonic system to secure max flow of material which is hard to handle – sticking to the wall is no longer the problem.
